CanePole reflects a time when fishing was simple; employing a line, sinker, perhaps a cork and the rusted tin of worms. 

As times changed, so did fishing and fishing tackle. Lures replaced live bait, CanePoles were exchanged for metal, then glass rods and fishing evolved into a sport of fooling the fish to bite our line. 

With this change, the lure maker came, inventing, testing, and downright producing some of the wildest contraptions and fishing lures imaginable. 

Now we fishermen of today go back in time, to remember our childhood and the wonderment of fishing with lures that in many cases looked as real as the fish we were after.
